********** no response

and so on the other day starts with monster and end with naukri, i think now my friends will get to know as why its been too late in writing a new post.

In b/w i had some interviews, i am really enjoying meeting new people and giving them my details ...after sooo longg..
with a change interview trend, changed set of questions, a changed HR mindset..and yes with your new set of diplomatic answers.
I remember a very very senior mgr in a very big MNC ..was just not clear as why i have written two locale preference if both of my parents live together at one place. Confused as why i still want to continue my education through correspondence ..
He asked "don't mind but @my age I have taken thousands0000 of interviews ..seen many candidates.. i don't understand as why you (me and all others who have come for the interview) want to change job, see i have been here for last 12years". Sir all are not like you, everybody wants to grow in life, see the world around them and the people. and please don't forget we are the young generation, youth of this new India. We want to learn from our mistakes, want to write our theories only after practical experiences. No i didn't said that " sir you were best enough to get the best opportunity at right time, we are still finding and understanding our way in this market"
If people think i acted very smartly..so i want to tell them that i didn't got that job. actually at last i gave up and replied back something which he ddnt liked at all.. ohh tchtchtch

Tare zameen.....
Since last so many days i m trying to see this movie but Amir's bad luck all my efforts went in vain. Finally i made it seeing the first part of the movie..yes i saw it 3 times, every time in a hope that now my Cable wala will show the remaining portions.. well bad luck again Amir.
Anyways while watching the movie I realized that nowadays everybody wants to be first...so that he can compete..to be the best of all..in the process he forgets that nobody is or can be perfect.

This movie indeed gave a message to our society but there are hell lot of other issues which need to be cared for, by us, in our society. We consider these small, sometimes don't even consider them, but they are there, the problem among us. Within us.

One of my friend wrote in his blog as how his sister's mother in law is keen to get his sis's child to be more fair/gud looking. Can anybody think about as what that kid might be going through thinking about all this. These children's don't even understand these color differences, but we make them feel as if there's some big problem with them... they are just not perfect.
People should now understand that society has changed, why don't they tell them, show them, give them the examples of the people who have make a mark in this same world after facing all difficulties. Instead of educating them on different creams or herbal effects on skins , for god sake pls teach them something meaningful, the lesson which will help them grow in there life to become a good human being.

I asked somebody "how the kids are studying, are they liking there new school?". The answer was " arrey the school is fantastic and the best part is all teachers speak in English with the children's" . I asked "Hope teachers are qualified enough there". She didn't understand and started praising about the computer labs, libraries.. hey what about the cultural programs and sports activities??
English has become the national language for all of the Indians. A job post " the person should be excellent in communication" . See they don't even have to mention as in which language ..its understood that what they mean is English. Before people jump onto conclusions asin if i am a true RSS swayam sevak, preaching on Hindusium , please hold on . I am not against learning any language, even i want me & my children to learn English. But should the lesser English educated people which are not very much comfortable with this language be seen at the lower end. Isn't that again become one of those small things of our society which push a person to forcefully make him realise that he is incompetent and is not at par level with others. As Amir said " uski self confidence ki to dhajjiyan ud jaati hongi " .

I met all type of people .. but because of those very few persons who tried to put in confidence in me .. made me learn from my mistakes, told me , taught me as what my strength is ... made me this new Sarita..stronger, smarter with I m the best attitude.. wherever i have reached today is because of those people, who never pulled me back, never humiliated me on my poor English pronunciations, never treated me like aliens. People get surprised when they see me up there, don't actually believe " ye to luck tha uska"....i don't know when they will get to know as with whom the actual problem is. We fight against racial abuse, against quota, caste barriers, we fight for women reservation...when we will grow enough to fight against ourselves.
